Commissioner Meghan Madsen joins Women's March SLO Zoom September 9.

Updated: Aug 19

Join us for the fourteenth episode of Answering the Call as we talk to Meghan Madsen, District 1 Commissioner for SLO Commission on the Status of Women.

The Commission on the Status of Women is an official advisory group to the San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors established in 1975. The Commission identifies issues of concern to women of San Luis Obispo County, provides input to County officials, and collaborates with other organizations to address the needs of women in our community.  On this episode we will discuss the importance of their annual Women’s Issues Survey, the 2021 Women’s Wall of Fame Awards and Luncheon, which honors inspiring women who are making a difference in our community, and other projects and activities that the Commission organizes and participates in. If you are passionate about women’s issues, you don’t want to miss this conversation! More info and Zoom link here:
