51 years of service! SLO County Commission on the Status of Women & Girls Recognized by Board of Supervisors

At its regular meeting on early in the month of March 2026, the San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors formally recognized the SLO County Commission on the Status of Women & Girls for its decades of advocacy and service to the community. Supervisor Dawn Ortiz-Legg presented the Commission with a Resolution of Recognition, highlighting its impact in advancing issues affecting women and girls in the county since its establishment in 1975.
