Beverly "Abrah" Younger, Secretary
Abrah serves as a Clinical Associate Professor at USC Suzanne Dworak Peck School of Social Work, focused on community, organization, and business innovation, with a specialty in behavioral health and organizational change. She holds a PhD in Social Work and is a licensed clinical social worker.
In addition to 18 years of serving in university settings as a professor, researcher and grant administrator, she has more than 20 years of experience in wide array of clinical and positions. Abrah has worked with non-profit, for-profit and governmental organizations, both internally as a manager, and externally as an organizational development consultant, focusing on empowering individuals, teams and organizations.
Her dissertation and research work provided previously unexplored data and knowledge of the impact of domestic violence on women in the workplace. Partnering with a national domestic violence advocacy group, large corporations and governmental agencies, she collaborated in bringing understanding of how to best protect and empower domestic violence victims within their employer organizations.
